Pellet machines

Metalmecc pellet machines are made in Italy and are strong , inexpensive and easy to use. Our models produce "pure" pellet without additives and chemical substances extraneous to the wood such as adhesives or  lubricants. They work biomass at very high pressure making them going through a die plate with 6 mm holes; the heat produced during the work processing promotes the lignin binding effect, the most abundant natural wood element after cellulose, establishing its compactness and maintaining its cylindrical shape.

Our models are divided into:
- Series 1, equipped with two offset pressure rollers, in models MT-120, MT-130 and MT-135 in 230V single-phase and MT-140 380V
three-fase.
- Series 2, equipped with three offset pressure rollers to guarantee maximum productivity, in the MT-230 models in 230V single-phase and MT-240 in 380V three-phase.

The MT-120 model with a 230 volt single-phase engine, leader among the family use machines, can produce a high amount of pellet up to 50 kg/h (**).

The hourly pellet production can be improved up to 85 kg/h (**) with the MT-230 model with a 3 kw single-phase 230 V engine.

For users with more demanding requirements there is also the MT-240 380 volt with 5,5 hp engine (4kw) and auxiliary fan; it is for small companies or customers with a 380 v three-phase current improving the pellet hourly production up to 110 kg/h (**).

There are these models with versions of AL-1 automatic static power supply and AL-2 dynamic automatic feeder (with the possibility of varying the product speed electrically).

(*) T
he obstruction includes wheels, handles, the outlet pellet grid.

(**) Th
e biomass input into the die plate or in the power supply is absolutely manual, so the hourly production

depends exclusively on the operator ability and the biomass used.
